Fairmont Heights High School Alumni Association______________FEBRUARY 2008

Nomination of 2009 Alumni Officers

The following FHHSAA members were recently selected to serve on the 2008 Nominating Committee in accordance with Article IV and VI of our Constitution and By-Laws:

All FHHSAA members are hereby notified, according to Article IV, Section 8 of our Constitution, that the Nominating Committee shall nominate no more than three (3) candidates for each office to be filled. Also , if you wish to nominate a member of the FHHS alumni Association, you must first contact such member(s) to ascertain if he/she is interested in serving before you submit his/her name(s). All nominations must be submitted to the Nominating Committee on or before May 15, 2008 at the following address:

All Nominees must be in good standing on order to be considered selection. This means that all Nominees must have paid their Alumni membership dues in full in order to participate in the election process.

Enclosed is a list of current officers. The term of office will begin in September 2008, and will expire in September 2010. Please note that the nominated slate of Alumni Officers will be vote on by the FHHSAA membership at our full alumni body meeting on June 07, 2008 at 1:00pm in the Fairmont Heights High School cafeteria. – www.fhhsaa.com E-Mail: fhhsalumni@comcast.net

Please make arrangement to attend this important meeting and participate in the election. A brief update of the plans for the construction of the new Fairmont Heights High School facility will be presented.
